Great location right onto the beach and a little out from the busy centre of Galle, which was appreciated as quieter. Room was comfy with good AC and wet room with good pressure showers. Breakfast was amazing and all home made with varied local foods - we were there for a week and had something different every day all really tasty and plenty of it. Rooms were very clean - the daughters of the family who own the guest house did a great job and were really helpful. The owner is able to offer taxi services, day trips, airport transfers and bike hire. We were visiting towards the end of the low season so prep was under way for more visitors from November. We had an early start to our journey home but were still seen off by the owner and his wife!

Wonderful family-run stay! Very clean, peaceful location in nature, and incredibly kind and helpful hosts. Loved the fresh homemade breakfast and tropical fruits. Would love to come back!
Room could be little bigger and way to make tea for ourselves in our room. I must add host family was very kind to serve hot tea whenever requested but we are too shy to request tea unless we see host moving around the property.

Really clean room, and we were allowed to check in early which really helped us settle in and relax. Beautiful view of the ocean and lovely sunbeds to relax on as well. The property is only 12 minutes from all the popular Galle activities such as the fort and lighthouse. It was nice to stay just outside the centre which was calm and relaxing as the centre can be very busy. Breakfast was super tasty as well!
The property was lovely and perfect for 1 night to see all the things in Galle, however, we have found other stays a bit more friendly and welcoming
