Comfortable clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast. Great location with a range of very good eateries close by. Fairly easy walk to Pub Street area. Lovely friendly staff.

The facilities are good, and I had a pleasant first stay here. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are welcoming and kind. My stay was simple, but it was comfortable and met my needs. The location is convenient and easily accessible to everything. I would definitely come back. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location and thats it really.
Air conditioning leaked and dripped.
Rooms outdated.
Shower was a wet room with an exposed boiler where the shower head was. Some marks on the shower floor and curtain. For me a 4 star should have a shower cubicle not a wet room.
Breakfast was slow.
Marks on the bedsheets and worn towels. The bed was rock solid too.
No air-conditioning through the lobby/corridors.
