Location of the hotel, Staff good response.
Rooms allotted had very dim and low lights,
no towels were provided,
weak air conditioning was very much uncomfortable and concerned during these hot days in Hyderabad.
Glass Facade side curtains were shabby and were not as per the required size
The bathroom comode was almost broken
Hand wash is so big that reaching to wash hands is a nightmare.
Cockroaches were seen here and der which needs fumigation.

The hotel location is fine. The staff cooperation and treating behavior is good.. Cleaning is ok....
We faced irritation by the cockroaches... Please do a good solution for this... The rooms are not like your advertised wallpapers... Expose as it is.. Other wise it seems to be conning... The staff charged extra 700 for early check in.. We are not expected
