I stayed in an apartment room 8, for one night, en route, as a motorcyclist, back to UK. Parking is at the rear of the building, out of sight of the road, and I was able to park under an overhanging part of the building, for weather protection, although it wasn’t necessary at this time. The Pension shares the building with the Cafe and a Mini Mart, handy if you need provisions. Check in is from 2pm, when the cafe opens. Had coffee and cake in the cafe. Very nice. Room was up a flight of stairs. The room is immaculate. Very well equipped, if you were to stay more than just one night. Comfortable bed, a settee seating area, dining table, small ‘studio’ kitchen (all one room). Kettle, coffee maker, 2 ring electric hob and fridge. Cutlery and crockery. Large wardrobe. Bathroom had a walk-in shower. Hairdryer. TV has only German language stations. Breakfast between 8-10. Typical German fayre. A very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. The Pension doesn’t provide evening meals, so it’s either cook up something yourself, or maybe visit ‘Gasthof Zur Post’, about 5 mins walk away, where you can get a meal, as I did.

Na melding van ernstige vertraging kwam de accommodatie met een fijne oplossing zodat we toch na 20:00 terecht konden. Verder was er een uitstekend ontbijt.

Die Fahrräder waren sicher untergebracht. Es gab einen Balkon.
Das Personal stand zeitlich unter Druck.
Trotz der eigenen Backstube im Haus, gab es nur trockene, aufgebackene Brötchen.
