Good locations, easy 30 minute walk to the old town.
Around areas is a construction site, lots of noises. appartment can be better prepared for guests , freezer was completely cover with ice ( not possible to use), shower head not working properly, shower door is broken and they not stay in position when open or close, sofa bed is the least comfortable for sleeping. And most of the dishes was needed extra clean before we used them . Little things can make experience better. Overall we have good stay .

The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. On two different occasions, when we found ourselves in difficult situations, he went out of his way to help us, and we truly appreciated it. From a human point of view, he is genuinely a very good and considerate person. The location is also excellent, very convenient for Budva, and having the possibility to park the car inside the private residential area is a big advantage.
Unfortunately, the overall level of cleanliness could be significantly improved. The fridge had a very unpleasant smell, there was quite a lot of dust on the floor, and the shower enclosure was not properly clean and also had problems opening and closing. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed, but personally I did not find it comfortable for sleeping. I understand that the price is affordable and therefore I would not expect perfection, but in my opinion cleanliness should always be one of the basic standards of any accommodation.
