Good instructions on key collection in English. A modern flat in an older building, as expected for accomodations in such cities. Located just outside of the loudest parts of Gogol Street, but within walking distances to there.
Hot water in the shower was not very reliable.

Квартира очень чистая и уютная, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда, фен, утюг, телевизор. Удобная кровать, приятная атмосфера, видно, что хозяева действительно стараются и вкладываются в комфорт гостей. Отдельно порадовало, что квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям - вживую всё выглядит так же хорошо, что бывает далеко не всегда. Отличное расположение, рядом есть всё необходимое. За последнее время это одна из лучших квартир, в которых мне доводилось останавливаться. Однозначно рекомендую!

Although from Soviet times, the apartment was quite nice. Not luxurious but had all the essentials so it was nice. The location is although not central it still quite close to center. The check in process was very clear and easy.
The bathroom definitely had a mold issue. The smell was sometimes unbearable and after showering it was even worse and did not go away with constant ventilation and opening the door.
