Location was great. Very quiet. Even though small very spacious. Full of character. Enclosed back and front garden making it very private.

The Property was lovely, so cute & bigger than we expected. Very comfortable in many ways. Nice & cool building.
The back gate was not secure with wood missing creating holes big enough for our medium sized dogs get half way under causing us to need to barricade it with garden furniture & wood.
The bathroom was a bit tired with mould in some areas of the tile grout which was off putting.
The stairs were a bit precarious though we were ‘able’ we still had to watch our step while carrying luggage etc.

Location was perfect for our weekend visiting Sandringham. Village had a lovely pub for dinner and snacks.
Cottage was lovely, comfortable, very well equipped especially the kitchen.
Cleanliness had to wipe down to many spiderwebs near windows
