I liked the balcony and the garden surrounding the property, breakfast was good with a good selection of items with good marsala tea
a suggestion is to serve a stronger kerala coffee

Great location, nice clean room with aircon, good wi-fi. Despite proksimity of cliff it is quiet place. Breakfast is delicious. Riksha stop is few meters away. For conversation in english you better wait for a younger man to come.
