• Host / Owner is really friendly and accommodating
• Very accessible to restaurants and some attractions (walking distance to Monkey Forest, ARMA)
• Loved the bed! It's comfy
• Complimentary breakfast is okay
• The AC is a bit old and since the room is spacious, it doesn't seem to cool the room as much

Great location!! I walk to yoga barn every morning, daily room cleaning, mini kitchenette for basic cooking which is great for a solo long stay traveler. Breakfast delivered to your room is a great bonus. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers with good water pressure.
This place is the best value I have found in this area especially for those who want to be close to yoga barn. You can rent a scooter 🛵 from the host if you want to explore ubud which is so much fun, but a lot to explore within walking distance.
This my second time staying here and will always be my go to when visiting Ubud.
There’s not much I don’t like, but the only thing to be aware of is there is no drive way for drop off and it’s on the main road. You have to walk down narrow path to get accommodation, however this is very very common, but the host help you with your luggage.
