Location stupenda una vista spettacolare sul castello Aragonese ,circondata dal verde, immersa nella pace e tranquillità ,si sentiva solo il canto degli uccellini. Personale gentilissimo. Il signor Carlo è un host cortese e disponibile.. Colazione ricca, varia con prodotti freschi ben preparati.

I thought that the breakfast was lovely and we always got looked after with great coffees!!!
Carlos made us feel very welcome and told us about good spots around the island.
The location was stunning in terms of the views but difficult to get to the port for drinks or dinner unless you ordered a taxi.
There is a restaurant close by called Garden Mediterranean and it is fabulous!
We were sorted with a car thanks to Carlos and his lovely staff and that helped with getting around the island!
Ischia is beautiful and we felt that this hotel was fabulous and was at a good price point!

The only aspect we found frustrating at times was the location in terms of having to pay for a taxis if we were both drinking (taxis are quite expensive on the island) Carlos and his staff were amazing for dropping us to and from breakfast as well as collection and dropping for the boat, however I recently broke my leg 4 months ago and my mobility is still not 100% so walking down and up from the port was not an option for us if we wanted to have drinks- not a problem from the hotels side just a personal thing in terms of mobility!

Se pur poco distante dalla struttura, il percorso pedonale abbastanza difficile, e ultimo tratto per nulla illuminato.
Servizi della struttura nulli, colazione non varia come indicato, e non a causa di chi la preparava, ma della mancanza di prodotti.
Servizio della vasta idromassaggio quasi impossibile da sfruttare, poiché la vasta era sempre scoperta e l'acqua non veniva mai pulita. La signora che aveva il compito di pulire la struttura era sola e immagino la difficoltà di gestire tutta la struttura.
Mancanza di cura nei dettagli strutturalmente parlando...
