An interesting property set on a farm/collective. Breakfast included fresh eggs, fruits, baked goods and dairy products from a neighboring farm. The staff was wonderful and the building has tons of history. The room was comfortable, although on a hot night - no AC or fans could be a problem.
Pool was cold and had no chairs or loungers to relax.
Hotel was very remote, if you're looking for restaurants, shops or any kind of town or village

Warm, accommodating welcome: Despite arriving late after 11:00 PM, the manager called ahead to check on us, and Nadège gave us a very friendly welcome, even helping carry our luggage upstairs.
Room amenities & comfort: The room was very spacious, well-arranged, and had a comfortable bed. It was equipped with a mosquito net and a remarkably quiet fan that handled the heat effectively.
Bathroom: The shower was very pleasant and fully private.
Breakfast: Decent homemade selection (bread, cake, porridge, jam) along with regional fruits and local sheep's milk cheese from the property's own sheep.
Atmosphere & outdoor features: A relaxed, calm, and communal vibe across the 5 guest rooms, with access to a swimming pool and a temple tent on the grounds.
Found a dead hornet beside the bed upon arrival; two more came later to pay us a visit despite the mosquito net on the window. They obviously found another way in.
For us, breakfast started at 9:00 AM, which may be inconvenient for early risers.
The toilet is located outside the bedroom (though privately reserved for the room) and had poor water flow. Multiple flushes were required, so you had better plan enough time for that because refilling the water tank took forever.
