I liked the ambience, old world charm and greenery.
View from the room, it was basic road side lined with trees. Room lightning dim. Room cleanliness average.

The property is very well made and spacious. Although it is clean but some sections are not maintained well. Most amenities are either closed or there is no one to introduce you to them. The food is good but the complimentary breakfast might just disappoint you.
The staff, especially the reception and welcoming team is terrible and non-courteous. Ms. Rebecca will only pretend to be helping, but she doesn't.
I had requested for a bouquet and some arrangements of the room for our anniversary, but they didn't do it.
Though they have a great pool area seating, unfortunately you are not allowed to eat there, then why make a seating area :)
