Superb

Spacious clean room. Decent selection at breakfast. Helpful staff. Good if you are attending an event since the Hotel is about 8-10 km from Rajkot city centre.

property is good but people need to be service oriented.

cleanliness and greenery. property is really good to stay. lake is nice and swimming pool is huge and good.

staff is only look for reviews and feedback. not service oriented. AC was taking too much time to cool the room. shower was not working properly. water is coming one time cold and other time hot.

Electricity supply was discontinued several times during stay and it was quite uncomfortable.

Amazing property with outstanding services

The vibe of the resort was very nice. The staff in all the departments starting from restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance was extremely courteous. Would like to specially thank staff member Chandan from the restaurant for his hospitality and kind nature. Breakfast served at Tea Pot Restaurant is outstanding.

They need to have more variety in the food menu. Wasn't happy with the continental food being served.

Royal get-away

Beautiful property on the outskirts of Rajkot. The resort provided everything we needed, so no need to go outside. Several ways to stay active, e.g. walking or cycling around the property (quite limited distance, though), swimming (cold during the winter) and a well equipped gym. Breakfast at the Tea Pot restaurant offers a huge variety of options, also food at the Dhaba restaurant is very tasty with Indian, Asian and Western options. Staff is so attentive and friendly, especially the reception staff and Aman from housekeeping.

Unfortunately, Wifi is very limited. Other than that, no complaints.

Do Not Visit This, If You're Looking for Good Service.

The property is very well made and spacious. Although it is clean but some sections are not maintained well. Most amenities are either closed or there is no one to introduce you to them. The food is good but the complimentary breakfast might just disappoint you.

The staff, especially the reception and welcoming team is terrible and non-courteous. Ms. Rebecca will only pretend to be helping, but she doesn't. I had requested for a bouquet and some arrangements of the room for our anniversary, but they didn't do it. Though they have a great pool area seating, unfortunately you are not allowed to eat there, then why make a seating area :)

Breakfast was good far better. It's has been exceeded my expectations i never thought this much i will found.

There was nothing to didn't like. Not an single daout about it.

The resort is exceptionally good. The room had a good view and was very clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The whole experience was memorable.
