Hamid was wonderful with communicating. The place is decorated nicely. There is a washer. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and good spot to get around. There is a spot nearby to see some of the highland cows if you are unable to actually go up north. Good food spots near by and Hamid provided a taxi phone number that picked us up rather quickly for the airport.
The flights of stairs were the only issue (and we knew that going in) with luggage but Hamid was so kind and carried up our heaviest for us.

Good location, can easily get to Glasgow, Edinburgh and airport. Clean and comfy beds. Good WiFi.
Plates were dirty, we had to wash everything before cooking. Living room would benefit from cleaning, carpets and blinds are dirty and need replacing. You can hear neighbors opening doors at night and having a party.
