Personal service by the host was very good; friendly, helpful for local tourism questions. Breakfast was at our convenience, not amazing, but very good. Comfortable and clean rooms. The water heater for the shower was a bit confusing; took a while to switch on. Small shower, but clean bathroom!
The location was a challenge with the extremely narrow roads, at least from the direction of Dublin. It was close to the Cliffs of Moher which was why we booked there. There were several other rooms rented out so I wouldn't recommend this as a romantic stay, as per one of the previous questions.

Lovely couple with a great property. I had the back room which was its own little apartment with a private door and parking close by as well as the bathroom. The entire place could not have been more clean, and up-to-date. The photos really don’t do it justice. Nothing is by any means out of date or dingy. Everything was extremely tidy and clean. They were very friendly and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. I really liked being able to bring my coffee and canteen back to the room in the morning while I got ready.
I didn’t have many issues at all; but something I have come across in all of these shared B&Bs is that the doors of the other patrons can be a bit noisy. So if you are someone who likes to sleep in… Be aware that your fellow travellers may be awake at 7 o’clock in the morning, and you will certainly be able to hear the doors opening and closing.

Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Gentleman was very nice who provided the breakfast to the clients. Room small but adequate.
There was no hot water at all which was very poor and no explanation provided.
