A qualidade das refeições como jantar e petiscos. Não é uma questão de variedade e sim de qualidade. O salão de refeições poderia ser atualizado com reformas. Cadeiras com estofamentos rasgados, o uso de copos, talheres e pratos descartáveis e a qualidade das refeições ficaram a desejar, tendo em vista a ideia de um hotel apresentado como de excelência

The staff was wonderful — very friendly and welcoming. The pools are nice and the rooms are spacious. Since we stayed during the week and off-season, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The garage service was also excellent.
The restaurant offers a very good buffet, but pay attention to the pricing. It was cheaper to purchase the meal directly on-site than as part of the package. Also, make sure to go through reception to confirm the price — we paid 82 reais when booking through reception, while the restaurant would have charged 92 reais directly. A bit of an odd system.
Overall, it’s a great place for families. However, I imagine that during weekends or high season it could feel quite crowded given the size of the facilities.
The gym could be better maintained — some machines were broken or missing parts, which made it less enjoyable to use. Additionally, there was a surprisingly large amount of plastic waste at breakfast. Reusable glasses would be a more sustainable option, and individually wrapped napkins seem unnecessary. There’s definitely room for improvement in these areas.

Quarto bem espaçoso, café da manhã maravilhoso, com bastante opções, equipe do hotel muito simpática e solicita.
Cama muito dura nos quartos. Os elevadores são um caos quando o hotel tá cheio, demora de quase 20 minutos pra conseguir. Estacionamento cobra 25 reais a diária, sendo que não tem controle de quantos carros tem e se tem vagas para estacionar, não tem valete pra ajudar a estacionar, ou seja, faz nem sentido. se sua hospedagem for no regime “pensão completa” o menu do almoço é super básico sem muitas opções boas e saudáveis. Não achei que compensa. No check out várias cobranças erradas que tive que contestar.
