Spacious apartment with excellently positioned balcony for sunset views. It's spacious (for two people), with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom (big pluses in our book).
A few small things like the staircase smelling like something was decaying and the tv not offering regular tv channels, etc. No biggies.
There was one big thing though:
The communication with the owner was terrible. The only message we got automatically was that she only spoke Russian, that her boyfriend spoke a bit of English, if needed, and that they wanted to be payed in cash. After telling her that we don't speak Russian, she continued to reply in Russian which the automatic booking translator partially turnend into gibberish, because some of the text messages didn't make much sense. That was it. Basic informations like the exact address, the fact that the tap water isn't potable (we arrived on a Sunday and all stores were closed), the location of the parking lot - we had to ask everything, nothing was provided in some kind of general welcome message. She never replied to my last (maybe fourth?) question, whether the apartment included a private access to the sea (which the photos imply).
The only other time they contacted us was to ask when we would check out, so they could pick up the cash (funnily enough that message was in English). I replied that the next day at 10:00 would work well - no reply. 30min later we had a stranger standing in front of our door asking for the cash (not the woman I had been texting with so far but some man). No introduction who he was, no explanation why he appeared unannounced (after asking and disregarding when would be good for us), no immediate offer to at least give us a proper receipt. We had to argue via Google translator before he "offered" to write one, which meant he had to leave again and we had to wait another 30min for him, instead of having an undisturbed last day of vacation. That was it. No friendly contact for check-in or check-out, no prepared informations for their guests, only very clear communication on how they wanted their money.

A szállás akkor jó, ha valaki sokat akar utazni, sok nevezetes helyre el lehet jutni, de mindenhez autóba kell ülni. A faluban van egy távolabbi strand is, az hangulatos. Közel van a kotori öböl, Budva.
Nem Tivatban van, Bigova egy pici falu, gyalog nem közelíthető meg Tivat. A faluban egy étterem van, de több nappal előre sem lehetett foglalni. A közeli strand nagyon pici és zsúfolt.

Parking. It's hard to not possible to find a parking in Bigovo, parking spot available within the property though it's a bit of hard to drive inside for inexperienced drivers - big downhill before you enter the parking spot.
First the apartment was rented by an agency, it's more a airbnb property since you can find lots of private stuff from the real owner - everywhere: wardrobe, drawers, bathroom...There was bunch of old groceries within kitchen that we had to move over to a separate place that we didn't use.
The agency owner was very offending and unfriendly and I had to complain twice during our stay. After arrival we waited like 15 minutes for him to arrive, than he said that he wants payment straight - we didn't even unpack :( I wasn't able to pay him upon arrival because I had only CC's in my wallet - not cash. This ended up to be a pain and the owner was calling and sending messages continuously during the first few days of our stays - until I managed to withdraw the money. I had to drive few times to Kotor and back in order to do, 45 minutes of drive. Saying that I am Genius Level 3 and I never had this kind of experience on booking before.
The kitchen was full of ants which really irritated my wife, we couldn't leave anything on the table or it would end up being flooded by ants.
The sea view wasn't really a sea view! Bigovo is located in front of a small bay and we could see just a half of it because the house on the right hand side of the balcony was obscuring the view. A new house is getting build directly in front of our apartments location, next year it wont be a sea view at all.
AC was located in the room where our 15 year old boy was sleping. He enyoed it since he was cooling down his room properly the rest of the apartment like the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom was very hot! We couldn't even sleep properly in our bathroom because the heath. We installed a fan that was available within apartment few days later.
The mattress in both rooms where tiny and old. It felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Beside that the whole bed was very noicy and small - that's not a king bed.
