The hotel was nice and clean, was in a quiet and convenient location and provides great amenities. Staff were more than happy to help with queries and requests.
What could make it better is air conditioning.

This is a really beautiful flat! We stayed in the Penthouse on the top floor. Both rooms have well-stocked bathrooms. We asked for the sofa bed to be put up before our arrival, and that was really easy to arrange for a small additional fee. The whole flat is very modern, clean, and very welcoming. We stayed during a heat wave, and there were fans and an air conditioning unit already in the flat, which did make a difference. The location is extremely convenient. The directions for access were very easy to follow, and communication before check in was extremely easy.
Nothing! Just be aware that the penthouse is on the 5th floor, and the lift only goes up to the 4th floor. There is a slightly curved stairs up to the top floor. This wasn't a problem for us at all, even with luggage - just be aware if you do have access issues. The other flats can be accessed entirely by the lift.

Location was perfect for my needs
Noisy, very noisy in the night in the morning, all day. Although the building is not in front of a main road or street, it has a couple of business buildings which load and unload stuff any time in the day, specially early in the morning.
