Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut und es war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Es war wie immer alles super, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, herzlicher Empfang, leckere Cocktails am Abend, Cappuccino und Eis oder Kuchen am Nachmittag.

great location, indoor bridge to parking&spa, friendly cleaning staff, fantastic salt therme
very modest breakfast, very uncomfortable beds(even after the replacement), cleaning every second day, the receptionist refused to speak English, no minibar, no English explanatory signs/spa prospects, nobody offered us a discount voucher for the Das Albert restaurant( we had to ask for it), no sauna sheets avalaible- only one spa towel (insufficient&unhygienic)
