We had a great stay at Rivershack. All very comfortable,private and a enclosed area for our dog. Thank you Jan! Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend :)

peaceful, quiet, beautiful place for a retreat weekend. checking if it is suitable for us to bring our dog. Yes I think he would be fine here. Amazing garden and outdoor area, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed.

The pretty red couch is stuffed and uncomfortable. doggy smell is not good. The door lock was janky and annoying (i understand different weather conditions here)

The room and facilities were spotless, five star ..the property was a comfortable place to be, JAN the owner has a great passion for animals and she has many rescued pets, which she can’t seem to send back. Heart of gold. It’s a real country atmosphere ,so don’t expect Eden but you feel as if you are into a place where time stands still . You can feel and see by the animals that they are loved and cared for. Well fed and happy. Not far to Renmark which has a huge shopping centre and loads of restaurants and take aways ..if you want to get away from it all, then this is the place. I needed a break,and felt totally renewed when I left ..just relaxing , was great thank you Jan
