Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful.

There was an unusual smell in our room, not too sure what it was. Tea and coffee facilities were in the corridor, however only camomile and lemongrass tea bags available, perhaps mint tea and ordinary tea could be added.

Exceptional room; spacious and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable; slept exceptionally well. Excellent location right in the middle of Old Town; quick access to the harbor and bus station.

No issues or concerns; outstanding property.

Great location, clean rooms and the staff are friendly and try to be helpful with everything.

We had stayed in a standard double room in previous years, and those rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern. So we again decided to stay here. This year, since we were a family of three, we were given a "Double Heritage Room." While the room was clean and had a beautiful, nostalgic feel thanks to its authentic, historic style. The "Double Heritage" room has a shared bathroom and toilet located in the hallway outside the room; however, the real issue was that there was another guest room in the same hallway, meaning you would run into other guests when leaving the bathroom. It was also very inconvenient to have to carry your room key with you every time you went to the toilet just to lock the bathroom from the inside. Also rooms did have some shortcomings. There were no hooks for hanging towels in the room or bathroom, and one room didn't even have a wardrobe—only drawers. It was also difficult to use the bathtub as a shower because there was nowhere to hang the showerhead. There was no electrical outlet near the bed, and the other outlets were far from the desk. The fact that the reception is not staffed at certain times can also be problematic if you need assistance. We had to check out earlier than usual due to an emergency, and since there was no one at the reception, the items we had handed over for laundry were left behind at the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel's location is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, and the hotel is always very clean. I would choose it again—though not the Heritage Room.
