Location, comfy beds, laundry services. Good supply of cutlery and crockery. Noise proofing was fantastic - even though the location is very central in the busiest part of the city we heard nothinge.
Quite run down facilities. The bathroom needs to be fixed, the shower is broken and the water runs out when you use it, the washing sink was honestly quite icky. It would have been better to provide some basic washing supplies like detergent. No shampoo or conditioner is provided. There was no space to put your luggage anywhere. The furniture was covering every inch of the room. More thought needs to be put into what a guest would need. The curtains were off the rails. A good fix and freshen up is required all around.

Fantastic studio in the heart of Place Gutenberg, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Petit Train Touristique, & boat tours. There were plenty of great restaurants & bars nearby. Despite being so central, the modern windows kept the studio extremely quiet, and shutters allowed for a good night's sleep. The kitchenette had everything for our brief stay.
There was a garbage smell when you entered the building on the ground floor, but you couldn't smell it in the studio (1st floor). I don't think it's anything the hosts can control.

In the middle of the city, a comfortable room with multiple beds for families. The room has airconditioning.

The best Is-location-totally centaral and near Cathedral,you can walk all around.All correct.
Parking far away walking To an appartment with laggages.
Small size.
Didn’t give us a Bill as requested-very bed.
Internet was almost not working…
