Great location right next to the entry of the Pompeii archaeological park! There was plenty of parking next door in the paid parking lot with a good daily rate negotiated with Eden Park specially for Casa Pacifico guests. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (essential in summer). Communication from Filippo was excellent in the lead up to our arrival as well as during the stay, with very clear instructions and answers to questions. They provided a complimentary voucher for breakfast coffees and delicious pastries downstairs in De Vivo bakery/cafe. We enjoyed a relaxing limoncello and arancini across the road at Bar Sport. Can also highly recommend the pizza a few minutes down the road at Pizzeria Imatti (it's a little less touristy with great service and excellent food).
It's not a complaint, but there is no lift, so be prepared to walk up some stairs to the accommodation. It would only present an issue to travellers with very heavy bags or limited mobility, otherwise it was easily manageable for us. The lack of lifts is quite common in many historical towns around Italy, so it should not come as a surprise.

Lovely big room with a wonderfully roomy shower! The little private terrace area was great, as was the communal terrace. Perfect location for visiting the ruins and close to the main square and good restaurants. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Parking was right next door. Highly recommended.

Location was great and the room was very different to other places we had we stayed in as part of our touring holiday - boutique style- really liked it.
Even though there were no staff on site I was in full communication with Enrico and was very comfortable with that as all his instructions were very clear and he responded promptly to any queries I had. Excellent!

Good size room for a family of 4. Very clean. Very helpful owner in finding the location.
Good location to visit Pompei.
On top of a pasticceria with great coffee, something to eat and gelato, although quite expensive for the Campania standards.
Very hot room with malfunctioning aircon in a 36 degrees weather.
It cooled a bit during the night but still uncomfortable for a family of 4.
The second bed (extra bed for 2 children) had a bed linen for single bed .... quite small for 2 people.This is such a little detail that could be easily avoided.
