I had a wonderful stay at Hilton. Despite the cold weather, the doorman helped with our luggage late in the evening. Front desk staff Elly was very patient and detailed in introducing hotel facilities, nearby attractions and dining spots. She also upgraded us to a beautiful sea-view room with a stunning view of the Red Bridge, sky and ocean. When I praised the welcome cookies at check-out, she kindly gave me extra ones. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely return.
