It was a simple, comfortable well appointed room. It's location was good - only a short drive to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre. Communication was good and access was via a code so accessible at all times (no reception staff).
All rooms were upstairs. The TV didn't work. They did send someone promptly to try and fix but were unable to. The fire alarm went off about midnight and we had to evacuate - apparently a false alarm.

the room was great value for money close to hamilton food and restraunts as well as nice little pub next door
parking was a bit tight and no on site staff

The price is excellent and apart from the smoke pollution, the room was very clean
The room had a strong smell of smoke. It was not possible to sleep in such a polluted room.
