Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The evening restaurant manager during my stay was amazing 👏 and the front office staff during weekdays were kind & helpful. I loved the room cleanliness, complimentary coffee & location

Rooms were modern, clean, and had nice amenities. The reception asked us which room we wanted and we chose the back which is more quiet. It was indeed very quiet. The bathroom was clean with shower. The room was carpeted. The location was great for our trip to a sports event. Breakfast was delicious and many variety of foods. There was also free parking on site.
The pool, sauna, steam room and spa area was closed. It was not in operation. This was most disappointing. We saw the pictures of the sauna on booking.com but they did not have it in operation. Our bed felt comfortable, but my body was aching when i woke up. I don't know why.
