Staff, food and setting. The hike and snorkelling tour were also big highlights.
There were no bedside lights on each side of the bed so the main Villa lights had to be on when reading.
All experiences were designed for couples or families so they were much more expensive for singles.

We will come back… for the comfortable villas and amazing views from all swimming-pools.
We will hesitate to come back… due to the lack of reactivity of the staff, not at premium standards. Ex. breakfast restaurant service was always extremely long (even when ordering it in our room) Ex. Long and not tailor made check-out when leaving early in the morning.

I stayed in Asmara 2. The villa is amazing and very spacious. Everything is very clean and it is furnished even if you would like to cook yourself. I love the level of privacy it has and the respect for privacy the staff has. They sent me a message asking if it was ok for someone to film with a drone the vicinity around the villa. Thank you for being considerate in asking. Also the pool is amazing as well as the view. It is perfect for morning yoga and so peaceful and relaxing to the eyes and sit around in the afternoon reading your book or just swimming enjlying the view. The yoga sessions are also amazing and their location so great. The staff is very kind and accommodating. It was such a great place to stay in i highly recommend the villa.
Too many ants!😅 the bathroom in nature is very nice but ants get into everything even your tooth brush. Not sure how this can be managed to reduce them:) also too many mosquitos i would recommend to place something additional to the mosquito net at least in the bedroom to keep them away, the smell or mosquito spray or cream. The public pools can be improved with better seating space and benches with matts. Not sure if there are bathroom facilities next to them but it didn't seem like it and that also can be useful. Extending also restaurant service to the pool would be nice. The bed mattress is a little hard can be smoother and the pillows can be thinner to avoid neck bending too much while sleeping :)

We spent 3 nights here and could have spent longer, the views were stunning, pools and leisure facilities were brilliant and the food and massages were wonderful and very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the activities on offer. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights with a family of 5 in Nandini villa. Sumberkima Hill is stunningly beautiful. it is very secluded and we had a very private villa with amazing views, a (cold) pool and the nature is just incredible. Flowers and lush gardens everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communal pools are very pretty and not crowded.
The beds were very comfortable and the outside bathrooms great (good showers!)
They added us to a villa groupchat on WA and everything was communicated through it and all requested were promptly met. Great service!
The resort is far away from everything so you basically have to have all your meals on site at one of the 2 restaurants. And although the staff was superfriendly and the views amazing, the food was good but not that great (a bit bland) and above all: inconsistent in quality. The coffees (flat whites) were really bad! So despite loving the surroundings (the nature and views are unparalleled) we didn’t mind leaving after 3 days as great food is very important to us.

Absolutely stunning village. Unique, individual cottages that are thoughtfully nestled into the hill sides that compliment the surrounds. non- intrusive and so thoughtfully designed. Amazing reef regeneration program as well as working with local community. We loved Sumberkima Hill - with the dramatic Javanese volcanoes in the background.

Incredible view, beautiful grounds, comfy bed, strong aircon, just all around a really great place. Very accommodating staff. And super organized especially by Bali standards, very responsive and quick to help us with whatever we needed.
Our room, Luwih 2, was right below the yoga shala, and there was a teacher training going on. One morning they were bumping music with strong bass and chanting at 645am. Way too loud for that early. But we told the reception and they made sure the next day was quieter. So just a heads up that you might want to talk to reception if there's some yoga training going on to make sure this doesn't happen in advance.

Great location and property itself is really worth a visit. Nice sunrise and sunset views from the top.
Management of property is bellow satisfactory. We booked Nandini villa, which says has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen and 3 twins. In reality, it's 1 queen + 2 twins with extra small bed for children. Complained about it to reception, but their response was, that villa belongs to different owner and they cannot do anything. We booked what we saw, so not the greatest answer. After waiting for 1,5h for solution there was no success until I've called booking.com customer support and told reception that i'm going to call my bank and cancel the credit card transaction. Finally, not very happy they gave option to have mattress on the floor or they will give another additional room. They had plenty of rooms available, should have done this immediately, but didn't care until I really started to threaten about canceling charges.
Suma restaurant was OK, one day service was great, another really disappointing. It looked like they cared only for big yoga retreat group, not other customers.
Also they communication via Whatsapp is ridiculous. Texting twice within an hour about checkout is not great. Looks like multiple people manage communications and no one is in charge.

The view from every part was stunning. The pools were amazing. The staff were super friendly and the restaurants were super great with adjusting for allergies (vegan, GF and soy free). 100% would stay again.

this is one of my favorite places to stay in Bali! I’ve been there 7 times already, in different villas each time. I love to explore this amazing place and will definitely come there many times again!

The villas are very comfortable, open plan villas. The views from all the rooms were fantastic. Unfortunately, I went when the weather wasn't so great, but i enjoyed just staying at the villa and relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. My villa had a great pool which you good swim and sit in. I also used the resort pools, which are great, especially at sunrise and sunset. The 2 restaurants serve lovely food.
The excursions, equipment hire etc via the hotel is the same price or cheaper than booking it yourself. Great service
This place is extremely good value. I'll be back.

Bed is nice
1. Checkin process is already annoying, it's 5 hours drive and when u arrive u have to walk up the stairs with all of ur belonging because noone literally noone there. U need to help urself to reach the lobby and find the staff just grouping and giggling. Then, they just handover u the form for u to fill in even u book online. What a hospitality.
2. They dont provide toiletries at all. Beware, u are going to be in the middle of nowhere and they will charge for everything or you just buy it urself. No toothbrush toothpaste. Only shitty soap and shampoo, no conditioner. Dont expect a resort facility in here.
3. Having christmas dinner, u are a couple then u put in the big sharing table because all of the good spot already reserved by the owners. U still can see the view barely, and the big group of the owners came, stood up blocking the view. They dont want to sit down, civilized and enjoy dinner in quiet romantic place because they said they haven't met for a long time. Then why not sat them in the sharing table and not bothering the guests?
4. The villa is literally next to village, and it is LOUD. plus it's way far from private, everyone going to pool can see u. Everyone walking to the village can see u as well. So if u dont want to see people, u will be stuck inside the bedroom. Oh, plus there is no view at all from the villa. Just overgrown tree.
I'm wasting 10 hours drive to this place for quiet christmas, and it's literally disappointing.

Well-designed heavenly garden on the top of a hill with a breathtaking view of the Teluk Pegametan Bay.

We enjoyed the Spa and Yoga Class alot, very nice view from the facilities.
Nothing was offered to us when mentioning we are celebrating our honeymoon and wedding. The pictures and reality are completely different, room was very small and dark, workers outside our room all the time which we felt like there was no privacy. At night we were awaken by a snake outside the room and couldn't sleep well. The villa is very far out so you depend on their services for everything and the prices are very high. We ordered food in the restaurant and there were rocks in my husbands food. No free breakfast for the insane price you pay. Apart from this, no showers in the pool and a bit dirty. If I were to come back would only be for the spa and yoga class but would not sleep here again.

Fantastic Villa and View! Highly recommended!
Perhaps the worst restaurant in Bali. Hard to make such bad food without making people sick, but they managed. Disinterested service in the restaurant.
Special mention to the Margherita pizza. a few steps down from a frozen pizza. And enough bad cheese for 5 pizzas.

We stayed in the two-bedroom villa and we really enjoyed our staying at this resort. The restaurants on site provide beautiful food, local and international - Senja restaurant was our favorite for dinner - great view and outdoor setting. Our villa was clear, comfortable and quiet. The villa was also beautifully decorated inside and outside. The enjoying swimming in the shared pools with great view of the mountains. We would stay here again!

The place is nice, wonderful view from the above. The staff are polite and attentive to the request.
The joglo that we stayed in was ok, but it is really next to a road where the staff headquarters and parking. On our second night next door joglo had a very loud music, lots of screaming party at night time. Because the joglo has so many holes, we can really hear it like it is in our joglo. Since the party goes more than 1am, we tought we will just let the FO knows the nexylt morning as we already not in the mood of talking instead to sleep.
The cushions at the joglo needs to be replace, it is very dirty. The bathroom and toilet is outside, it was raining, we cant go to toilet because it gets the rain water, and when it is during the day around 9.30 to 10.30am, the toilet is really under the sun.
