Located right in the heart of Zurich near the river, the location is unbeatable with tons of restaurants and shops right downstairs.
The management company is exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive—hands down the best host experience I’ve ever had.
The bathroom provided high-quality towels and toiletries. Although I didn’t use the washing machine, I noticed they even provided laundry detergent, which is a rare and thoughtful touch I’ve never seen at other stays (hosts usually don't provide it, almost as if they discourage guests from using the machine). This small gesture showed a remarkably high level of hospitality. The bedsheets, pillows, and comforter were also very clean and of great quality.
There is no central air conditioning—only a portable AC unit. While the machine itself is not too noisy, keeping the window open for the exhaust hose lets in street noise from the restaurants below. To sleep quietly, we had to turn off the AC and close the windows before bed. The soundproofing is average, so you can still hear some noise from the restaurants outside. It was a bit noisy, but not a dealbreaker.

This apartment was in the middle of everything which allowed you to immerse yourself. It was clean, comfortable and everything you needed was there. Communication was great

Central, clean
Too loud, you could not close the windows because of the installed AC, so you would hear everything from the very central old town street with many loud tourists. Besides the operation of AC was also very loud that I could not sleep at all
