Overall still Ok, but need improvement

- Room size is spacious - The bed is also spacious - The yard is quite large and can be used for family BBQ events - The kitchen is quite ok, cooking utensils are also available

Owners need to pay attention to - Aircon that isn't cold enough (Bandung isn't as cold as it used to be). Need to replace the aircon - Room cleanliness needs to be improved - Bed is ok size, but not comfortable - TV decoder needs to be replaced - Standard amenities need to be prepared for guests (towels etc) - The shower water comes out small - Unfortunately the road access is small and the gate is not always closed so it can create traffic jams in front of the hotel

Great value apartment with lots of character.

Friendly staff, welcomimg and a very fast check in process. Apartment was old but beautiful, had a lot of character and was very clean and well maintained. Also a nice pool at the resort, I would highly recommend Kulem Cisitu, it's great value and very comfortable.

Shower pressure and more hot water would be better, but it's a minor thing, still a nice place to stay.

Would not stay here again

The apartment was big, plenty of rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Around the corner is a great place for coffee, called Happy Space

Honestly, it’s an extremely dated and in desperate need of renovation. It probably was great in its prime, but now things are falling apart. The place we stayed in,needs a thorough cleaning as well. 2 of the 3 showers hardly worked at all. Since the rooms have an open roster connection to the outside and it’s location in relation to the speakers of the mosques, we were upright in bed every morning at the first prayer (Fajr) We respect the religion of course, but if you are in need of sleep, this is not the place. There are no restaurants/markets nearby, so we relied on Grab twice to deliver food

Very good

Room was spacious. Great if you are coming with bigger families.

The location was remote. I did not come by car, and I thought there would be more stores or restaurants nearby. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking in case guests are not prepared with groceries.

Nice Family Villa with Spacious Room

I love the size of the rooms. So big and comfy. Since I stayed with my family of 7 adults and 2 children, I booked the Apartment Room and King Size Room. The Apartment is so big with 3 rooms and comfy bed. The King Size Room is also so spacious. The pool is OK. The crew were very nice and helpful and parking area is good.

However there were some ants nearby the bathroom area so I feel a bit itchy. The bed in the King Size Room is an old one, so it's kinda uncomfy to be slept on, hard spring and squeaky. No sandal in the room.

Exceptional

Everything is perfect. Never find an accomodation like this before with such an affordable price. They have everything you need for a family vacation. I rented a villa with 2 Bedroom. The villa itself is really spacious. As it mentions, its just like an apartment. The pool is nice and clean as well. Would love to stay here again in the future

They didnt prepare a towel so you need to bring it on your own. They also didnt served breakfast here

Cleaness. They can do it better if they want. Found dust in the corner of the room, and something smell not good from the toilet

It has a very limited utensils to cook and the curtain needs to be fixed.

Very good

The room was a huge for my family (me, wife, and 2 children 15th & 17th years). There was also Car parking and free. The room was very clean, and near the city center such as university, Dago, etc.

There was no meals provided
