The host's qualitative breakfast was served at the time requested each morning. The room was cleaned and organized every day.
It is a bit far from downtown. The towels provided are replaced every two days.

Federico is an outstanding host - attentive, very communicative and responded swiftly. We are so glad that we met him.
Federico’s place is a real gem - very tastefully decorated, with a lot of charm and personality. Our room was spotless, huge and very comfortable, equipped thoughtfully with everything we needed Attached bathroom was comfortable and warm.
Snow white linens were perfect for the night sleep.
We came very late in the evening, so Federico provided us with a very detailed explanation for the smooth check in that worked perfectly
The next morning we woke up to the outstanding breakfast- thoughtfully prepared by Federico.
The property is situated at the river bank, so there is a lot of hiking options in the area. As well, it is about 20 min. drive from the airport, so if you renting a car this is for sure the best stay you will find nearby Malpensa and definitely worth the additional few min. drive. Fantastic value for money
Bottom line - definitely one of our better stays ever.
Unfortunately we stayed only one night. Next time we will stay much longer.

Attention to detail, very helpful and kind owner, great breakfast, beautifully furnished place and surrounded by nature.. everything and more than you would expect from a b&b! Grazie mille!
