Friendly and helpful staff. Eat all you can breakfast with a reasonable price . The free hot drinks in the lobby were a welcome treat as we had just come in from the cold outside. Free ice-creams and not to mention free nightly ramen.

It was close to the train station. I enjoyed natural Onsen and sauna. Also de amenities they provided.

The Dormy Inn Chain is always a pleasure.
Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, everything clean and the onsen and sauna experience! Free ice cream and ramen in the evenings. Microwaves and ice machines are available on some floors. Free washing machine use at the onsen area, dryers cost a few 100 Yen. As a woman you'll get a code for entering the onsen so don't forget the receipt where it's written on. Onsen area has lockers! Windows on the rooms can be opened a little, sleep wear is provided.
Sometimes there's a little bit of a weird smell when entering a room after some time but it's easily gone after opening the window for a while. My guess is that the Dormy inns like a lot of other hotels used to have smoking rooms which changed overtime. BUT the smell doesn't smell like cigarettes anymore at all.

The spa area was excellent and really relaxing.
The room was a bit small, but very well equipped and everything was in great condition.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
We especially appreciated the many complimentary items, such as ice cream, soup, and more.
We had to check out earlier than planned, and the hotel handled everything with Booking.com for us, which made the situation completely stress-free.
