The location
Rooms were too small. AC system needs to be done again plus they don’t provide iron or the ironing services needs to be informed well before time. They don’t have backup at the kitchen but the hotel was kind enough to arrange breakfast for my son while he was sick despite the cook being on leave

Great location , very nice staff, breakfast was tasty but very limited , the garden was very nice for chilling.
The building and the facilities are getting noticeably older. We were not aware that in the room will be so noisy at night (there was a letter in the room explaining why, but I wish I knew that in advance) I also wish there was a way to get to our room without getting the stairs (we were with baby strollers). Our room was not cleaned even once for 3 nights, even the trash was not collected. The door handle was broken and one could enter the room just by pushing it.
The breakfast was very limited and people were often queuing with empty plates waiting for eggs.

Staff are extremely nice and friendly always available if you need. Thorough check of passport and information so you feel safe amongst other people staying at the hotel. Perfect location with Luna Garden and a coffee shop right opposite which makes it very efficient.
Budget double room- had no windows at all so no daylight unfortunately which was quite an issue. Room was two steps down so a ‘basement’ so the wifi was not available there which was quite a hassle. Noises are quite loud from the road outside and also stairs creaking.

The property has been renovated beautifully. The rooms, restaurant and pool areas are exceptionally pretty. When booking ask for a room overlooking the courtyard, as street view rooms are noisy (particularly on the weekend in our experience).
Our first room (402) did not have any insulation between us on the ground floor and the couple on the first floor so we could hear every footstep they made as the floor squeaked and clearly hear them talking. Also the windows are not double glazed and do not completely close so there was a lot of noise from the street throughout the night. We asked to be moved and had a room overlooking the courtyard this was much better noise wise. The staff were very helpful, and did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
