I liked so much about this stay. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Staff always happy to serve coffee when requested. The greatest storm since records began took place during my stay. Nevertheless, staff dutifully kept to their duty and assisted the customers in every way they could. That’s Fatima for you!

everything was amazing. the room was clean and cosy. the bed was comfortable. the heating system worked perfectly. the staff was really nice. the location is perfect - 10mins walk to the city. it was very quiet so I had a great sleep, I wish I stayed longer
the light in the bathroom was very weak. it should be checked but it didnt bother me for one night. it would be great if there was a bin in the room, as using the one in the bathroom was not very convinient

I am a solo traveller. The hotel was in a perfect location for the Sanctuary, but even closer to the Via Sacra. Close to Supermarkets, bakeries and everything and anything else that I wanted to visit. Staff are friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.

Location quite close to the Basilica.
Only one REALLY SMALL window in a family, 4-bed room. 4th floor, low ceilings. Breakfast served and really basic. Cold omlette, terrible juice/soda straight from the bottles. Didn't like it at all. 2** and cost like others 4**** in Fatima. Choose other hotel.
