The villas were clean and tidy .the pool was great

The room was spacious, the view was nice, the staff was nice
The room was very dirty. There were dust, bugs, hair in everywhere. The bedsheets were dirty. The shower was dirty. Nothing was clean. There were no blankets, only a thick winter blanket and a thin bedsheet. Both were stained and dirty. No kitchen appliances in the kitchen, if you wont put any kitchen item why bother with a kitchen? I think the most important thing about a hotel is cleanliness, but they didn’t clean our room beforehand!
