I don't understand why it got the rating it's got

It's located centrally but in the back alleys so.one has to find their way to the hostel.

There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. And you only realise this once you've used it. İlyas at reception told me it was the hostel policy not to provide one for no apparent reason. They do provide towels so it's definitely not about saving the environment :) I'd a double room. There's a small window high up on one of the walls. So no room with a view

Hostel mit Ausblick auf die Altstadt

Die Lage war inmitten der Altstadt. Tolle Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Das Wifi hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Das Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm modrig. Man konnte an den Wänden sehr gut erkennen, woher der Geruch kam. Die Beddecke wurde wahrscheinlich Jahrzehnte lang nicht gewaschen, weil es furchtbar gestunken hat.

There must be more Medina Hostels in the world.

Rachid and the other two workers were VERY helpful, generous and attentive with me. They are great workers and they make you feel at home.

Just a detail about the little lamps close to the beds, that none on my room worked.

Great and affordable place at the very Medina

There was no shower partition, the whole bathroom floor was permanently wet and sometimes with bad smell

Disappointing

The staff were friendly and the terrace was good. The breakfast was pretty basic but a nice thing to have available.

Really noisy throughout the night and the local mosque early morning call is very close by. Room far too hot and stuffy. Everyone in room coughing and sneezing due to poor ventilation. Bathroom was pretty poor standard too.

The location in the middle of towndown.

1.Wi-Fi so slow and Wi-Fi3 can not use, only use Wi-Fi2 2.the toilet without bum gun 3.no tissue 4.lavatory pans is so small 5.the outside of the narrow street is so dirty.I saw a boy pee on the middle of road … and many rubbish 6.the air is not fresh

The price is very good based on the location and the facilities. The bed is comfortable and the rooftop is very nice. Friendly staff

There kitchen was not equipped good, things like plates, pan..etc.. and bathroom didn't have anything to hang the towel or clothes on.u

The best place to stay in .. while going on a short trip to Tangier .. the staff is very friendly.. and the people there are super nice ❤️

Basic stay for money.

The price is good, the location is very good, nearby the main opening of the medina. The view from the terrace is very nice and staff is super friendly. As traditional places in Morocco the decoration is very nice.

The kitchen lacks everything and it's very dirty. I know it's because the guests didn't clean up after themselves, but still there is not 1 fork to eat and maybe a cleaning at night, after dinner time would make it better. I expect to have more useful information from local people when I go to hostels, but nobody could tell me how to get to the airport by public transportation, and I know that I need to walk 2km, it is fine, but the information could be there. Wifi is very weak.

Great hostel!

Great location, helpful staff, clean bathroom, power sockets and small lamps above each bed...

The lack of hand soap in the bathroom and the occasional lack of toilet paper. The breakfast could have been a little more generous too.

Very Good location in the old medina and very near to the dock. Great if you want to get inside the local culture.

There was no courtain in the bathroom. there was short space in the kitchen, the pots and saucepans were so few, in bad conditions and stained.
