My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Riad Darhani. The location was perfect and the staff were all wonderful. Special thanks to Khadija for the fabulous and varied breakfasts and to Abdu who also looked after us so well! The pool was beautifully refreshing after wandering the Medina in the heat and there was a great choice of comfy places to relax in, including a tented lounge retreat on the roof terrace. Would love to come back and stay!
The only thing we would change for us would be to have a slightly softer mattress, but it was no firmer than many other places we’ve stayed in Europe so it would probably be fine for most people.

Lovely decorated riad..gorgeous decorations..very moroccan.
Although I dont eat breakfast, my husband really enjoyed the food.
Great location.. very central to the main shopping area. Luckily my husband has a great sense of direction...I would've got totally lost as it was hard to find! There's a security guard keeping watch in the local area which was reassuring
Owner kindly organised taxis both ways for us.
Incredibly peaceful...no noise at all...apart from call to prayer but we've stayed in many riads and you can always hear this..but I love to hear this!
Loved the bath in our room..really deep. Shower powerful and constant temperature.
A fridge in room would've been great, plus an iron and board..although im sure staff would have ironed should we asked.
There is a safe in room but this should really be fixed down.
Unfortunately the mattress was far too hard for me..hardest ive ever felt.. I had to sleep on the sofa as it really hurt my back..but hubby didn't mind it.

Location, the room was clean, friendly staff, with security at night to walk us to the Riad
The bed was a little bit small, it was a little chilly during night time, we had the room downstairs next to the reception
