Friendly staff who were flexible where possible
Great breakfast including pancakes and eggs and bacon
Large comfortable rooms

Good pool, plenty of sunbeds and cabanas with bar area
Central to chiang mai, bars, cafes, Sunday Market etc

A quiet location, clean rooms with excellent design refined down to the last detail, pleasant staff, a very enjoyable stay.

The property is well located in the centre of the old city. Many sites, restaurants and services easily accessible. The rooms were large and the architecture and design replicates traditional design. There is a large pool.
The room was advertised as suite which it was not just a big room. The jacuzzi bath did not work. The staff were indifferent except the woman selling tours. The loungers around the pool need mattresses as they are not comfortable
