The people. Everyone was so welcoming, personable and sincere in making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. On my last day, I even met the co-founder and CEO of BED Hotels at breakfast and had a very nice chat with him. The fact that a CEO bothers to come down personally to his hotel and greets guests speaks volumes about his approach to hospitality.
Location was great as well in the old city. I could walk almost everywhere. I also love the fact that the property is for adults only, so it feels quiet and peaceful. Soundproofing is good and the bed is very comfortable.
I would have liked a small vanity mirror where I could sit at, but otherwise it’s not a deal breaker.

The best hotel during our stay in Thailand. Everything was perfect and wonderful! Staff is very professional. We stayed here for 4 nights but 2 days we had to leave the hotel very early because we had booked some tours. When I asked to the staff if we could anticipate the breakfast at 6.30 (instead of 7.00 am) we were very surprised to discover friendly staff open to welcome us. Breakfast is something out of moon: the offer is wide and changes everyday. Last but not least: when we checked out the Manager of the hotel took the opportunity to introduce himself and to ask what we think about the hotel and if there was something he could do to improve the service. My reply was very simple "Yes Sir there is something you can do for the future...keep going like that because the staff and the hotel are amazing!" Thank you everyone for making our stay a nice dream !
