The location in the old city was perfect and very accessible to the rest of the city and the staff who were so friendly and very attentive
It was a very quiet and peaceful place to to stay . The pool was lovely and refreshing. Great breakfast

However we did have a problem with the door key and the air con but both problems were fixed immediately. And then it was smooth sailing

I liked the value for money
4 stars should be much more clean. Moreover, the toilet was stinky and when we told the reception the housekeeping came and sprayed some perfume. The hotel needs to be refurnished.
