Staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful, mini bar snacks and drinks were delicious, the bed was very comfortable and room was easy to navigate with a wheelchair. Bathroom facilities were great for that reason as well.
A ramp to the side of the steps to the main level where the entrance to the wheelchair accessible room is would have been helpful. The staff were fantastic with their help navigating it but I can imagine someone who was more wheelchair dependent than I am might have struggled with access.

Clean
Noisy, in the back room with the plunge pool ( 10 ) , it’s was a little cramped inside the room.
The back room you could hear some sort of cooling fan etc . Or similar from somewhere and you could hear guests upstairs going to the toilet and showering.
So a little on the noisy side when you would rather hear the ocean.
We were greeted by a lovely team member who did an amazing job of showing us through on out arrival.

The design and layout of the accommodation was excellent. It felt private and secluded even though it was close to the heart of Byron.

Great location, very very comfortable rooms beautiful linen and towels loved the teas and outdoor area was a bonus.
Was a tad noisy on the Friday night nothing a few earplugs wouldn’t have solved
