The apartment offers ideal comfort for families with children. Getting to the city is completely hassle-free thanks to the bus stop right next door. Additionally, having a supermarket very close by makes daily grocery shopping incredibly easy. Beyond the great location, the host is very easy to communicate with and exceptionally helpful. Before booking this place, we had another fully paid reservation via Booking.com that was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation just a few hours before check-in. As a family with a single child, we were on the verge of a ruined trip, but thanks to this host's swift response and help, we had a very comfortable stay. Our trip was saved from being a complete disaster much more by our host's deep understanding and support than by the assistance provided by Booking.com. We are truly grateful to him.

The laundry facility was not in house. This may be uncomfortable if one stays relatively long period.

Spacious, light, clean, well equipped apartment (kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities), bedding and towels plus basic toiletries. Good location on easy bus routes from town centre. There’s a supermarket across the road. There’s a lift and stairs plus secure parking onsite.

Firstly, we didn’t get the apartment we booked, we got the one next door. We were told it hadn’t been cleaned. Most importantly though the description said it had a bathroom with a shower and ensuite with a shower, it only has 1 shower, not 2. We booked it as it had 2 showers which is important when you have 5 people trying to get out in the morning, and a big reason why we chose the apartment. We were told the apartment we were supposed to be in had 2 showers but this was later denied by the property manager when I contacted him. To add to it also had to go hunting for towels, which were hard when we got them in a cupboard, and there were no toiletries out either. The person who let us into the apartment couldn’t find any but we eventually found them at the bottom of a wardrobe. I contacted the property manager 3 times and received rather bland and unhelpful feedback, he insisted all his apartments only had 1 shower, he didn’t have an answer when I asked why he advertised it with 2 showers. Very disappointing as we had other options and customer care was very poor.
