La ubicación
El aire de la habitación hacia un ruido horrible, el personal no es muy atento ni amable

Good location at an affordable rate. The staff where friendly and helpful.
No screens on windows so you have to weigh getting fresh air or being bitten by mosquitoes.

The comfort of the beds, not pillows. The spaciousness of the family room. Arquitecture was great.
Pillows were too hard. Breakfast doesn't open until 7pm, so we couldn't have it before leaving to airport. Manager didn't want to fix our quoted price we had paid for each bedroom but, luckily owner was there and overheated the conversation, who was more than willing to not charge us for the breakfast part of the reservation that we were gonna miss.

Hotel is close to a little shopping park with a lots of shops and great places to eat.Or a 10 min walk from a big shopping mall.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are big and clean. My room came with floorheating and a big bathroom.
Nothing to complain about.

The property is conveniently located directly across from PF Chang's and just a very short, safe walk from Fontabella mall where there are many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and the staff quite helpful. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were really nice. The bathroom was a bit small but nicely appointed. The water pressure in the shower was great and hot water came very quickly. The plaza in front of the hotel made it easy for my taxis to pull up to pick me up or drop me off. I was not troubled by much noise from the street as is a problem in many places in Guatemala. The rooms were reasonably spacious.
The hotel was super dark with little to no natural light in the ground floor rooms and all too often lights in the hallways were turned off. Also, not that I care a lot, but the towels were pretty worn.

Location close to restaurants and shops
Room had a glass wall and even with curtains closed, light shone in. The room was very dark, with some of the lights not working. The breakfast was very basic and same every day, fried eggs, with 2 pieces of plantain. and black beans. First day I think I was only guest so the receptionist cooked it. Coffee was lukewarm.

The front desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable

I liked the location and the courtesy of the staff. The aesthetic of the building and rooms were beautiful with room to improve.
The blankets on the bed were not the correct size to cover me or my children. There was only one AC unit that did not reach the other room. No extra roll of toilet paper. Locks on door could get stuck. I saw the same front clerk every day at all hours....it worried me that he didn't sleep or get any rest!!!

Staff was amazing. So friendly and attentive. We had some minor issues and they were more than accommodating. Will certainly use again.

In the shower it was not hot water and the water flow was very slow

Location
I got a room with broken shower. Receptionist nocked to my door at 8am to tell me that. They proposed me to take shower in the next room. But there was not hot water. No excuses from staff. Too bad service for 60usd night.

Good value, good location, friendly staff and large, clean bathroom with great water pressure and temperature.
Despite the thick walls, noise isolation is poor.

I had to pay for extra water which is fine but when I asked for my change the attendant threw the money at me and gave me a dirty look. Implying that he wanted a tip. I value a person’s work and I always tip when I check out not every time I go to the front desk. That’s why my score is funny.
The water didn’t really work well in the shower and the toilet seat was broken on both my stays at your hotel on three different occasions three weeks apart.
The attitude of the front staff throwing my change at me like an animal
