Great location and wonderful staff! A/C in our initial room didn’t work but staff moved us to an premium room with good A/C.
Breathless promotes a party atmosphere but the nights were quiet. The entertainment was very disappointing. They had subpar nightly entertainment so people didn’t stay around. Karaoke night, Poker Night, a Flamingo Dancer were simple things they did at the small bar. They have an upstairs bar with a dance floor over looking the bay where could have a nightly DJ but they don’t. They only used it once for a Burlesque Show (only good show).

I loved that the resort sat on the Marina, so I didn’t have to uber for all my excursions. Quick access to water excursions. The rooftop DJ and entertainment was always on point. Concierge was very helpful with everything I needed.
I didn’t like that the resort didn’t have a directory in the elevator or around the property so you know where you’re going considering it’s 2 buildings.

1. Convenient location with easy access to large supermarkets and shopping malls nearby.
2. Great base if you’re planning tours or activities around Los Cabos.
3. Spacious and comfortable room.
4. Bar staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering warm and cheerful service.
1. The harbor area is quite noisy due to boats and surprisingly loud sea lions.
2. Sound insulation between rooms could be better; balcony design allows noise from neighbors.
3. The hotel is split into two buildings, and you must go outside to move between them.
4. Gym equipment is limited and a bit outdated.
5. Service at the main restaurant and Bites could be improved — long waiting times and occasional order mix-ups.
6. here was a small discrepancy (around USD 20) between the amount shown on Booking.com and the actual charge. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth noting.
Overall, the all-inclusive experience felt more tailored to American guests, which may not suit everyone.
