The location, the views and the room size.
The bathroom's humidity extractor didn't work. There is not TV in the room and the building has not elevator. The windows don't isolate the ferries' motor noise. I know It is not a hotel but they should improve.

We really appreciated the host's kindness and the great service they gave us.
Unfortunately we have had some "Cockroach" in the bathroom de last day 😔

Location right on the waterfront with beautiful views. Rooms very spacious
Manager is great and very helpful
External bathroom is a wee bit small and creates a risk of being locked out of room. Suggest a backup keycode access for room and maybe a ridge on bathroom floor to contain water shower.

The view and location top10
Completely naked property. Not even a little mirror in the room considering also the bathroom was outside the room in a very warm environment. Difficult to blow dry, make up or just watch your face in the morning
Mattress in very bad condition, difficult to sleep.
