Alles prima

Pros:
• Location: It’s centrally located, about a 10-minute drive from town and the grocery store.
• Parking: There’s a designated garage, which makes life much easier with a car.
• Comfort: The apartment was comfortable for two.
• Kitchen: It had all the essentials.
Cons:
• Mattress: It was hard as a rock, and it’s the only reason we didn’t give a 10. A better mattress would make a big difference.
• Key: The door uses an old-school Italian key that’s huge, so you’ll need to keep track of it. It adds some charm but is a bit bulky to carry.

Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, effective AC, and plenty of parking.
The AC units were very dirty inside, and the property generally felt poorly maintained. The hedges and weeds need attention, and the garbage area was messy. The walls are extremely thin, so you can clearly hear neighboring apartments. The lockboxes with apartment keys directly outside each unit also felt like a security concern.

Costaba mucho abrir la puerta del piso, el típico hotel sin nada de encantado, había un olor peculiar en el apartamento (no de suciedad o del estilo, pero no agradable)

"The appartment is amazing, it has everything, even a toilet with a bidet! The terrace is great, with a wonderful view to the nearby island. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cannot ask for more. There..."
