We had a great sea/pool view room with balcony. Owner was friendly sharing necessary info on the property, room was clean and neat, offered coffee, sugar and basic kitchen amenities for a breakfast or a light lunch. Hotel offered breakfast which was good in a nice breakfast/coffee room with great view to Pylos. I would strongly recommend 12 Gods to all and would be my choice to stay if again in Pylos.
There was a small problem with the bath tub, which was sending water on the floor, but they are aware and I am sure they will manage to fix till next time. Other than this nothing, all was really very good.

The property looks like a little house from the front... but when you enter it is completely another world! Amazing views, great property!
It might be slightly challenging for those with bad knees.
