Easy to find using Google maps. Park outside to unload and then the allocated parking spaces are nearby: 1bout 10 minutes walk. Met by one of the owners and given plenty of information. Generally made to feel extremely welcome.
Pleasant garden with seating...and the resident pet duck!
Pay attention when arriving in Santa Maria as narrow roads around the Villa.

Alfonsina and Annarosa were simply the most fantastic hosts imaginable. So friendly and kind, they made every aspect of our stay brilliant. Their B&B is spotless, breakfast is excellent, the location is close to everything but quiet - and there is a beautiful garden. Highly recommended.
Nothing really. It would be great if the mini-fridge in the room was quieter and it was possible to turn off the light on the AC at night - but these are very small things.

Top rated across the board. First comes the flawless hospitality. A lot is put into making you feel welcome at the property and the town. The rest, all on par and also great: breakfast (fresh little fun items and the usuals), location (10 to 30 mins walk from everything you are likely to visit. Worth saying it is next door to a large grocery store and an excellent pizza place), quality of the rooms (very clean and good amount of space), and the landscaping and design make it feel like a home.
