We had a meeting and the delegate packages are reasonable. But … actually… the food is amazing! Exceed our expectation. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
Administration.
I booked two bedrooms. One was for my friend but when arrived she was told many times that we haven’t paid. We paid in advanced via booking.com
I paid for the meeting room and delegate packages, and catering in advanced but was told i haven’t paid.
At thr end, they said sorry. It’s good. But, for future improvement, the administrative system should be improved.

Room size good , we had 2 rooms
1smelt like ashtray was supposed to be non smoking for our kids
2 both won’t get any cooler than 26 degrees so little sleep
Spa spat out crap when turned on spa so useless
Lumpy beds , balcony won’t open one side . The other side very heavy door, cracked balcony glass
But they strict on buying swimming cap to swim at 300 lira each and must shower before getting in pool . Alsi we had to sign in to use pool . But all other people walked in no problem
They could have moved us but chose not to
Won’t ever stay or recommend this place
