L'appartement est confortable et très bien placé en centre ville , la rue est calme, parfait pour passer de bonnes nuits , restaurants à proximité, la Promenade des Anglais, le Vieux Nice , tout est accessible à pieds, il est assez grand pour 4 personnes.
La décoration est simple mais sympathique. Des livres, CD, DVD sont à disposition. La salle de bain est bien aménagée, le dressing de la chambre très bien , la seconde chambre aussi .La climatisation un plus qui n'est pas négligeable. La cuisine bien équipée.
Le lit dans la chambre avec dressing est très bas , les barres pour cintres dans le dressing sont trop hautes, il manque aussi un fauteuil ou un autre petit canapé pour plus de confort dans le salon pour 4 personnes adultes , les chaises et la table métallique style jardin ne sont pas très confortables pour une salle à manger . La table de cuisson côté gauche à fait disjoncter le compteur avec une forte odeur de plastique brûlé ( à voir) ... et il n'y a pas de détecteur de fumée dans l'appartement. Il manquerai un grand miroir aussi dans l'entrée pour une vue entière, une petite tringle pour ouvrir les rideaux du salon qui sont lourds ou des accroches rideaux pour faire entrée la lumière sur les murs.

The house is big and comfortable with all the furniture, appliances and rooms. It is designed and furnished in a good taste. I think it is very convenient for a long term stay. The location is the best side. Everywhere is in a few minutes walk distance. It was very central and a safe place.
The flat is upstairs of a Vietnamese restaurant and in the evening hours you cannot sit in the bedrooms because of the smell. There is the AC system but it is no use for the smell. There is no ventilation and if you open the windows it gets worse. Unfortunately our clothes and beds were all in spicy onion garlic kind of smell. The other drawback was the place was a bit dusty, maybe it was cleaned more days before our stay.

The location was excellent, central and genuinely close to everything we wanted to reach on foot. The layout worked well for our family and the facilities were fine for an eight-night stay. The apartment presents nicely on first impression and the space itself is comfortable in principle.
Cleanliness was the recurring problem. The apartment looks clean at a glance but does not hold up to any real scrutiny. Dust sat on every surface, and the rug was heavily embedded with dust and hair that a proper deep clean would have removed. My daughter’s allergies were triggered as a result. The air conditioning unit added to this: it made noise throughout and did not appear to have been serviced in some time, which compounded the general sense that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. The absence of a lift was also inconvenient, though manageable.
