central location, very near cafes and a bit supermarket (Eurospin) so it was easy to stock up with supplies. Friendly couple running the place, helpful but not intrusive. Good sized rooms. Accommodated our bikes easliy.
rooms a little old fashioned but fine. Breakfast a little small for cyclists.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo avere in sali scale per disabili,fatto unico a San Severo .Le camere sono pulite,così come i bagni.Nella camera c’era la televisione ed il condizionatore.Il prezzo è il più basso a San Severo

La camera è onesta, non bella né spaziosa, ma nel complesso pulita e fornita dell'essenziale.
L'acqua della doccia è più tiepida che calda e la colazione è davvero inesistente: una macchinetta per le bevande e dei cornetti in busta nel corridoio d'ingresso della struttura, con un solo tavolino da due per tutti gli ospiti. Il prezzo non vale assolutamente il servizio, perché le camere non sono economiche.
