Francesco welcomed us to this sweet little apartment in an historic building in the old town. It was comfortable and quiet.

Location is very good, right on the Bastione saint remy, and in front of the elevator to the lower part of the town. There is an amazing coffee shop 2 minutes away named Caffè De Candia, perfect for having breakfast.
Unfortunately the hygiene of the smaller room for 2 people could be much improved. The bathroom smells very strongly of mold, and the shower curtain appears not to have been cleaned in the last months or more.
There was also a library with books and comics decades old (several with more than 50 years old) infested with mite and mold. I'm allergic to mite dust and I had one of my worst allergic crises ever. There was a very thick layer of dust above the library. The owner helped to take some of the books on the third day, but he complained all the time and I felt uncomfortable with the situation.
The window doesn't close properly, and the noise is really loud. Also the mini bar is very noisy. The beds are very narrow.
Considering that I paid almost 70 € per night, I was very upset with the accommodation and I can't recommend it.
